She is instrumental in ensuring that the Oklahoma Resource Hub operates smoothly behind the scenes, providing accurate and comprehensive data to help connect people with the resources they need. Her attention to detail and ability to keep operations running efficiently make her an integral part of the executive team.

In addition to her work at IMPACT405, Stephanie has a deep passion for music, particularly indie Christian music, and dreams of sharing her talent with the world. While her career has spanned various leadership roles, from restaurant management to now being a key player in IMPACT405’s mission, she remains dedicated to her personal and professional growth.

Stephanie Hein (she/her) serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at IMPACT405, LLC, where she plays a critical role in the development and operational support of the Oklahoma Resource Hub initiative. With nearly 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Stephanie brings a unique blend of leadership, organizational skills, and customer service expertise to IMPACT405. Her journey from managing busy restaurants to supporting community resource initiatives highlights her adaptability and commitment to helping others.

Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Stephanie’s life has been defined by movement and change, having lived in various parts of the country before settling in Oklahoma City at the age of 35. Her experiences growing up and moving frequently taught her how to connect with new people quickly, a skill she now uses in her outreach efforts at IMPACT405, as she builds relationships with local organizations and helps develop a comprehensive resource database for marginalized communities.

Stephanie’s personal story is one of resilience and recovery. Having battled alcoholism for 14 years, she understands the challenges that individuals face when navigating addiction and rebuilding their lives. Her experience in a 12-step recovery program not only led her on a path to sobriety but also fostered her passion for mental health advocacy. Today, she uses these experiences to help others, offering support and understanding to those grappling with similar challenges.
