Angela hein

FOUNDER & CEO

Hi, my name is Angela Hein, and I am the Founder and CEO of IMPACT405, LLC.

I didn’t want to write a typical bio where I tell you how amazing and accomplished I am. Instead, I’d like to get a little raw, real, and transparent with you. On paper, I shouldn’t be in this role. But life doesn’t always follow the rules of a résumé. I’d love to share what truly qualifies me for this position—the experiences that shaped me, the challenges I’ve overcome, and the deep sense of purpose that drives me every day.

In community work, we’re often asked, “What’s your WHY?” “Why do you do what you do?” For me, the answer is rooted in my own life. My story is not just about overcoming challenges—it’s about turning those experiences into a purpose. I know what it’s like to face impossible obstacles, and that’s why I’m committed to making sure others have the support they need. My work is driven by a desire to create a world where no one has to walk alone through their toughest times.

For most of my childhood and early adult life, I couldn’t imagine living past 25. My life was hard—it was filled with challenges that, for me, seemed normal. I grew up in a low-income family and faced significant childhood trauma that evolved into young adult trauma. By the age of 12, I was struggling with full-blown alcoholism and addiction. Around that time, my father, who had been absent for most of my life, was incarcerated, which added even more instability to an alreadydifficult situation. By 15, I was homeless, trying to survive on my own. That experience—living without basic needs, without guidance or support—was something I never thought I’d come out of.

BUT I DID.

While these experiences deeply affected my life, they don’t tell the whole story of who I am today. At 15, I found sobriety, and it changed my life. Through a 12-step program, I found a path forward, and it’s been 34 years of sobriety since then. Along the way, I learned the importance of community, of having people who understand your struggles and who are there to support you through the hardest times. I didn’t have that growing up, and that’s what drives me today. I want to be the person I never had—the one who shows up, who listens, and who helps people find the support they need to thrive.

That’s why I founded IMPACT405 and began developing the Oklahoma Resource Hub. I know firsthand how critical it is to have access to resources—whether it’s housing, healthcare, or something as basic as an ID card or birth certificate. For me, this work is deeply personal. I’ve been through it. I’ve lived it. And now, I want to make a difference for others facing similar challenges, offering a helping hand and a clear path to the support they need.

Throughout my career in nonprofit work, especially in addiction recovery, I’ve had the privilege of working with women and adolescent girls facing challenges like the ones I faced. I’ve spoken to schools, mentored women, sponsored people in their recovery journeys, and spent countless hours listening to stories that, in many ways, mirror my own. I’ve always seen myself as a connector—whether it’s connecting people to resources, to each other, or to opportunities they didn’t know were available. That’s what led me to create the Oklahoma Resource Hub, and it’s what drives me every day.

IMPACT405 isn’t just a business to me—it’s my purpose. My vision is to ensure that everyone in Oklahoma has access to the resources they need, while ultimately transforming the way people access support nationwide. I want to create lasting change in how individuals connect with vital resources, breaking down barriers that have existed for far too long. My long-term goal is to leave behind a legacy of IMPACT, where people feel supported when they need it most.

It’s taken me years to get where I am, and I’m proud of the journey. But I’m most proud of the people I’ve been able to help along the way. I hope that by sharing my story and building this platform, I can create real, lasting change—not just for me, but for all the people out there who are still fighting their battles.

My long-term vision is bold. I don’t need recognition or personal accolades—my desire is to leave a legacy of change. A legacy where communities are stronger because people have access to the resources they need to thrive. A legacy where IMPACT405 becomes synonymous with community support, resource accessibility, and compassion. But to achieve this vision, we need partners—people who believe in the work we’re doing, who trust my leadership, and who want to be part of something bigger. I invite you to not only believe in my mission but to support it with your time, resources, and heart.

Because at the core of it all, we’re not just building a resource hub—we’re building a movement. One that exists to ensure that everyone has access to what they need, and that together, we can make Oklahoma—and beyond—a place where people thrive, not just survive.
