The Community Impact Initiative provides a personalized matchmaking service for individuals who need to fulfill legal or educational community service hours. Instead of placing volunteers randomly, we take the time to understand their skills, experience, and interests through a short interview. This ensures that every volunteer is paired with an opportunity that aligns with their strengths and passions, creating more valuable and impactful service experiences.

How it Works:

• Personalized Matchmaking: We interview volunteers to understand their unique skills, expertise, and interests, then connect them with organizations that can best benefit from their support.

• Building Skills: For those developing their skills, we strive to match them with opportunities that allow them to gain valuable experience while giving back.

• Volunteer Profiles: Volunteers can join the Oklahoma Resource Hub and create a free, detailed profile, making themselves visible and searchable to organizations in need of specific skills and support.

This approach benefits both sides. Volunteers gain more meaningful and rewarding experiences, while organizations receive targeted support from individuals who are truly invested in their mission.
