EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES.
CONNECTING RESOURCES.
AMPLIFYING IMPACT.
WE believe True change begins with accessibility and connection.
Accessibility: We ensure Oklahomans can easily find the resources they need.
Connection: We bridge the gap between individuals, nonprofits, businesses, and communities.
Impact: By empowering communities, we create lasting, positive change.

Community RESOURCE COllaborative
Hosted by IMPACT405 and the Oklahoma Resource Hub
The Community Resource Collaborative (CRC) is a cross-sector initiative designed to foster intentional partnerships among nonprofit organizations, government agencies, businesses, and mission-driven companies that are committed to making a positive impact in their communities. This collaboration goes beyond networking—CRC is rooted in the belief that when organizations work together intentionally and consistently, we can fill gaps, reduce duplication, and create stronger, more coordinated pathways of support for our communities.
Purpose:
The CRC exists to strengthen the continuum of care in Oklahoma by building relationships, sharing resources, identifying service gaps, and exploring collaborative solutions that improve outcomes for the people we serve.
Structure:
Weekly Virtual Meetings: Held every Wednesday from 12–1 PM, except the 3rd week of the month, via Google Meet, these sessions are focused on connection, updates, resource-sharing, and collective problem-solving.
Monthly In-Person Meeting: On the third Friday of each month, the CRC meets in person from 12–1 PM at Not Your Average Joe (Walker Ave, OKC). These gatherings offer space for deeper conversations, trust-building, and more collaborative planning.
Impact:
Each week, CRC participants walk away with tangible outcomes—new referrals, strengthened partnerships, shared events or initiatives, and actionable solutions to real-time client challenges. By creating space for open, consistent dialogue, CRC has become a trusted hub for professionals seeking to make lasting change through collaboration.
Who Participates:
Organizations that serve any part of the community—including those focused on housing, employment, healthcare, recovery, youth development, education, mental health, justice-involved populations, and more—as well as businesses that are committed to social responsibility and community betterment, are welcomed and encouraged to participate. The CRC is intentionally inclusive and values the input of frontline workers, program directors, and systems-level leaders alike.
Vision:
To create a deeply connected network of community providers working together to ensure that every Oklahoman has access to the resources they need to thrive.
