COmmunity action

We make it easier for people to give back in ways that matter through meaningful volunteer engagement, community participation, and donated items that meet real needs. Through the Community IMPACT initiative and Project365, we connect individuals to well-aligned service opportunities and mobilize community-driven giving to meet practical needs. This pillar strengthens civic engagement by turning service hours, skills, and generosity into consistent support for organizations and neighbors across Oklahoma.

The Community IMPACT Initiative connects individuals who need to complete legal or educational community service hours to volunteer placements with local organizations. IMPACT405 interviews each person first to understand skills, experience, and interests, then matches them with opportunities that fit, so service hours are completed through meaningful, well-aligned work instead of random placement. This approach supports stronger follow-through and gives organizations targeted help from volunteers who are positioned to contribute.

Project365 mobilizes year-round drives and public service campaigns to meet practical needs across Oklahoma, especially during high-need seasons. At its core, Project365 brings the community together to collect and redistribute 365 pairs of new and gently used shoes each year through trusted nonprofit partners. These donations help people stay safe, warm, and moving forward, providing protection, dignity, and confidence during difficult seasons.
